Ontario, California – Industrial Land Sale. The Lee Chang Group represented the buyer, EGV Associates for the acquisition of 2.9 acres of undeveloped industrial land in Ontario, California. The land is zoned M-3 by the City of Ontario and has a physical address of 500 E. Belmont Avenue. The final sale price was valued at a little over $1.1 million.
EGV Associates approached the Lee Chang Group with a desire to find around three acres of land for commercial development. The buyer desired an open property that they could use to build their new state-of-the-art manufacturing center for their business. EGV desired an Inland Empire location. EGV needed a property that fit their budget while allowing them to have access to different types of shipping systems such as the Ports, the train system and the trucking industry.
The Lee Chang Group was able to locate three parcels of land that were connected together and owned by two separate entities. Using their negotiation skills, they were able to make an arrangement to buy the three parcels from the two separate sellers in one large deal so that their client could take immediate possession of the entire property.
