Corona CA Cold Storage Light Industrial Warehouse Sale

Two free standing buildings sold to Opus Bank as QI for HBK Willow, LLC in Corona, California. The Lee Chang Group and a representative from the Newport Beach NAI Capital office, Andy Batcheller, represented the seller in this $4.675 million sale. The two buildings, located at 135 and 155 Klug Circle, and are sized at a combined 35,000 square feet. Both buildings are considered food buildings and have undergone extensive improvements.
