  • List the property on every listing service.
  • Our brokers will personally be present at every property tour. Most brokers nowadays have gotten lazy and don’t always show up for property tours. By being present at every tour, we can get you the best possible feedback and tailor our strategies accordingly.
  • Send out weekly marketing and activity reports so that you always know what is going on with your property.
  • Once we have secured a buyer, we will prepare the purchase contracts and manage the escrow process from beginning to end to ensure a successful transaction.
